Hi

I live in Larnaca and I've been trying to find the Cambridge Diet which I know is good for losing weight but there are no shops which sell it. Actually, I haven't found any shop which sells good diet pills/shakes/etc. at all! So could anyone who knows where I can buy the Cambridge diet please help me? I know there are distributors in Cyprus but I just can't seem to find a shop which sells it.

I'd be very grateful if any of you could help me! =]

Have known a few people on this diet ... with not good results ..best to eat healthy , by changing the way you think about food really am sure you could purchase a book on healthy eating , so much fresh food in Cyprus ..

Don't do this...[

Mrs Z4 has just come off the LighterLife diet and has now been off work for 3 weeks as she is very ill from it. These low carb diets are very bad for you. Do not do it.

Healthy food, cut out/reduce alcohol intake/exercise is much better.

Please take my advice
