Oil is priced in $US so the wonderful exchange rates have a huge impact. Meanwhile in Britain we have oil tankers berthed at sea waiting for the price to rise.

It takes some time for the crude to be transported to refineries, refined, shipped to Cyprus and then put on sale. I am not sure how long, but it must mean at least a month or two's delay before prices at the pumps are affected by the international crude prices.

Okay if thats the case how come when the price of crude goes up,the price at the pumps go up the next day ?
