Which do T/Cs consider as their Motherland , I have always maintained that those T/Cs that I know consider themselves T/Cs but consider all of Cyprus to be their homeland .

i can't remember DT . But i can remember that were skilled people that they were brought in Cyprus by arabs . even some of them religion was not islam .... some of them were settledown around the Hala Sultan Tekke in Larnaka . Those Turks also help the Ottomans when they invade the Cyprus in 1570-1571 period . also The book was given references from the GC writer book .properly he got the informatione from his book .

From what you're saying it seems that we also need to check English history since the 1066 Battle of Hastings was most probably carried out by the Turks as well. I knew Gordon Brown had some Turkish in him.
