The plan was, that he should denounce Sir Robert Mugabe KCB on 27th June 2008 on the occasion of his 90th birthday party, since they [The Foreign Office] were unable to weaken his grip on power by whatever means they had thus far tried.
Stringent measures which included severe sanctions resulting in starvation and deprivation [plus many more] were met by Sir Robert with the same tenacity as ever by the Zimbabwean leader.
Unfortunately, word of the plan reached the ears of Sir Robert through an unusual source, apparently, one of the British Government Officials was receiving some sexual servicing from one of Sir Robert's large Black bodyguards and in the throes of ecstasy, the said Official revealed details of the planned denunciation.
Incensed by the receipt of such news, Sir Robert contacted the relevant departments within the Foreign Office and protested most vigorously, he highlighted the fact that Nelson Mandela was STILL listed as a TERRORIST in the archives of the American C.I.A. and was barred from entering the country on account of such a stigma.
He also reminded those with whom he spoke, that Mandela had been arrested for "Treason", had masterminded "Bombings" and had slaughtered innocents of both the Black AND White population of South Africa during the years of his struggle to rid the "White Man" from his country.
Filled with consternation [due to such an oversight] the powers that were about to be exposed as "Dolts", immediately implemented official manoeuvres to ensure that the situation would be rectified.
In a desperate bid to redress the balance, certain officials suggested that on the 27th June 2008, in honour of Nelson Mandela [who was to be lavishly entertained on the occasion of his 90th birthday] it would be announced that the restrictions AND stigma of being labelled "TERRORIST" were to be gifted to him by the U.S. Congress.
Not to be outdone, the Foreign Office decided that an appropriate measure of contempt for Sir Robert Mugabe KCB, would be to strip him of his honour [at the same time] and thus satiate the hunger for revenge felt by Mandela. [who was naturally feeling a little peeved].
However, AGAIN, [during servicing} the information of intent was extracted from the promiscuous politician [aren't they all ?] and passed on to Sir Robert.
Armed with such knowledge, Sir Robert decided to embark upon a course of action which would scupper their plans, he contacted the Foreign Office 2 days earlier than the intended announcement of the withdrawal of his honorary title 25th June 2008 [when Mandela was being entertained at dinner] and informed the officials that they could "Stuff the title up their White arses!".
Can you imagine the reaction in the halls of power when they realised that they had been upstaged by this preemptive strike once again ?.
Naturally, Her Majesty was advised to make the announcement at THAT dinner party, rather than at the party 2 days later, "One must save face you see" and such is the story of the rise and fall of Sir Robert Mugabe KCB.
Proving once again that you can never get a good man down.
