Perhaps the meeting only did take 30 seconds and not 30 minutes. There are two pictures taken in the hallway. One as Talat is arriving, because you can see that his right legs was still in a forward moving motion as he was taking a stride forward as Hillary stood there, where the photographer didn't even wait until the third person can get out of the way before taking the picture, and the second picture as Talat was leaving, also in the hallway, so 30 seconds may just be correct. No pictures of sitting together having a face to face serious talks. I thought their clothes colours clashed also, which must have pissed Hillary off big time. I was going to write a script on "Mr. Talat goes to Washington", but after seeing these pictures, it will have a new title now, on "Mr. Talat goes to Hallway".!
