Of course he voted and so did Byron , both voted for partition.
I challenged both to make a fool of me at 19.10 the score was 17/9 , 50 minutes later still the same , neither has.
Cast your votes now both of you, VP for partition and Byron for Unity . 10 minutes left and I declare both of as having voted !!

As for Byron the scoundrel and the cheat I have only pity. You voted for partition , put your tale between your legs boy and Skip off.
