Posting for a friend, who has been let down over the house he was having built. He is now looking for a detached house (min 190/200 sq.m. covered area), with minimum of 3 beds, good sized rooms, ideally swimming pool but not vital provided there is room to install one, in a large plot (minimum 600/700 sq.m) but most importantly it must have good uninterruptable views of Limassol (Not wanting something in the middle of an estate!)

Anyone know of anything or have anything that fits the above to sell? If so, pls email me with photo's and further details.

Hi, my uncle has 3, newly built 3bed villas for sale in pissouri, arguably the most beautiful village in cyprus. It's between paphos and limassol, about 15 minute drive to limassol. 3 double beds, master with walkin wardrobe and ensuite, utility room, massive kitchen/lounge,aircon in every room, feature fireplace, big pool, outside shower, bbq, bar, big gardens...He's not a big developer like aristo, leptos. pays great attention to detail. He owns a restaurant in the village and has sold 17 out of 20 villas from his latest development so far, purely from word of mouth, he has never needed to advertise, his properties are that good! Anyways credit crunch has hit and now he needs cash so he told me to keep an eye out for buyers. He's also now selling his pride and joy, 2bed detatched villa, pool, jacuzzi, bar, mature garden....has been renting it out as holiday home for a few years, (its not a new build, has just been recently renovated), rents for 2500euro/month. Prices in the 500,000euro region but as i said, he's very keen to sell.

My friend is looking for something NOT on a development and ideally with panoramic views. (Guess he's a 'mountain person'.) Any chance? If so, please post up photo(s) of the view. As they say, location, location, location - everything else you can change.

Hi christine, these are a few pics of the views from the villa. Hopefully they will satisfy your mountain loving friend! The villa is also about a 10 minute walk to the beach so included a pic! I've got more pics if you are interested and I can easily arrange a viewing. Let me know what you think..
