Sorry, mate. You disappeared after saying we were through! I took that to be sulking. Glad you're back.

You've totally lost me....

Now, this is definitely the Aussie in you talking... Can't we have an exchange without resorting to hollow bragging about your aggressive prowess? A lot of Aussies were convicts shipped over from the UK. What's your excuse?

As for trying to claim that Zeno and Aprodite are Cypriot, can you provide any evidence of ANYONE saying they were not?
And what evidence can you present to us that there are some Cypriots on this forum who do not embrace their unique Cypriot characteristics?
That is the point you are trying to make is it not? Well, we're waiting.
Typing things larger isn't going to make your argument stronger. Or is this the Aussie way of having breakfast?

As a Cypriot, I see no reason to play down these (uniquely Cypriot) elements, nor to subsume them into a wider Hellenic/Turkic culture, in order to convince myself, or the world (who frankly doesn't care) who I am.
This is what has happened on this thread. What more evidence do you need? However, if you're now saying to me (as the forum's self-appointed spokesperson) that you believe Cypriots on this Forum
do fully embrace their island's unique culture, then that's great. (Though I think you'd agree there are some, of the Muslim-extracted variety, that don't appear able to do this - at least not openly).
