Yeah and he studied in Greece with all the Greek philosophers, after leaving a totally Hellenic Cyprus ... so that's why he is referred to as a Greek philosopher!

O, Citium was a Phoenician city. I studied with a lot of English people; and I'm no less a Cypriot.

Citium was principally Phoenician ... but not everyone living there was a Phoenician!

The fact Zeno chose to go to Greece suggests he viewed himself as Greek!

You wish against all odds

'Mass extinctions' and 'Virgin births' abound, in your little made-up world .....

Let it go, O. It was a long time ago. In England, today, we can flush our loo paper down the toilet.

Let go of what, dear? The Truth? Because GR! made an absurd, unverifiable statement, and current research suggests otherwise, thus proving him 100% wrong ... you now plead a release?

Explain, how by simple logic, first of all, that what GR! says could possibly be true ... without a mass extinction to rival that of the Dinosaurs some 65 Million years ago ... then maybe venture a more scientific explanation for this sudden disappearance of the Ancient Greeks ... and let us see how scholarly you sound!

Alone, you are passable as a "Cypriot" ... following GR! ... you lose every ounce of credibility!

Because it is YOUR ethnos not ours and you're just going to have to accept that.

The exception proves the rule but on this Forum there are quite a few exceptions. So we're going to have to change the rules. Endaxi Byron?

I don't think that suggests that at all.... and it proves nothing. And why are you so worried about me claiming Zeno for Cyprus?
