Go ahead and sell it to the EU, ECHR and EJC, VP and see how far you will get in trying and keep others stolen properties. You still don't want to accept the simple fact that the whole of Cyprus is in the EU, do you.? Forget about other examples of lost land by refugees, because they were not in the EU. You may have had some success before 2004, but the rules have changed since then, don't you think.? It is no longer a UN issue, but a EU issue also, and looking at the ways things are, the EU will do a better job than the UN, so stop wasting your time chasing fantasy dreams of keeping refugees stolen land. They are the ultimate owners and will have the last say in what happens to their land. Even if you bought all their properties, you still cannot buy their country, because their country is not for sale. This is also something you need to get used to. Just by offering in buying their properties, does not mean you are also buying their country or their rights to live where ever they want.!

In any event the challenge was to find situations where legal property owners had been permanently and summarily deprived of their property by the state in a "solution", as would happen in a BBF.

SO basically what you guys are saying is that, the Serbs and Croats massacred and cleansed all these people from Bosnia so the Turks should also get away with it when they did it to the GC's?
