Being in Nicosia I would need a 4.2M dish, apart from the cost. I am sure my neighbours would complain!

No, not really. It was about transporting Jewish children from Nazi Germany and Austria to England. At a price of course.

I thought they put them in concentration camps. Or that was only for the adults?

The ones that were sent to the UK were the lucky ones, they didn't keep small children the old or the infirm in the concentration camps, they 'disposed' of them. Read about it, but be prepared, it's no Mills and Boon!
It never ceases to amaze/disgust/horrify me what some human beings are capable of doing.
