Four new enemies of cyprus in ten days is nothing new

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Gesundheit!

I personally favor a unitary state with a lower house of popular voteed MP's and a senate/upper house made up of equal representatives from each major group. The upper serves as a block for any discriminatory legislation. The major argument that the TC's say is that they need protections to ensure that their culture plus representation in government is not threatened, which is why I back the senate proposal. Cyprus is too small IMHO for either a federation or confederation.

... A pseudo-Ph.D., huh? Rather unscientific, wouldn't you say?

No real knowledge of informants identity, gender, social class, age, ethnicity or any of the other necessary parameters for opinion gathering!

Fail .....

My minor is in psychology, so my thesis is actually tapping into that as well. I'm also monitoring other forums, so don't go making too many snap judgements, Lit... BTW, enjoy your online poker.

Well, I could talk about how to successfully bluff in poker, but you're probably good at that already.

No. When I play, I play it live - at a table with four people. The better to read emotions.

well as long as you have other forums.... The whole thing sounds rather worrying to me from any academic perspective, unless in your thesis title the word online forums is mentioned specifically. You have no clue who anyone is here, what their ethnicity is or anything about them except what they choose to reveal. This forum has very little to do with real life- any medium where you can hide your identity will allow you to act out of character.

Out of curiosity, are you going to use the forum polls that get real starts as statistical proof on the opinions of the residents of cyprus?
