As far as the "trnc" , it is not only an illegal and corrupt regime it is also occupied by Turkey .
The nonsense concerning "so called" is pure mainland Turkish shit .

Afterwards 1964, overwhelming majority of TCs have called it as so-called RoC, Miltiades. Not only me and u will realize it soon, too.

But you agree that the entire world knows the RoC as the only legit government of Cyprus. Our passports , our IDs our currency as it then was before the introduction of the Euro are all solid and unquestionable criteria of the legitimacy of the RoC. Turkey in her efforts to justify her invasion and occupation of a part of Cyprus naturally had to invent these nonsense concerning the legality of the RoC. I expect the overwhelming majority of T/Cs that possess a RoC Passport / ID do know well enough that their prized document is not referred to as the "so called " .

You are aware of the fact that Cyprus is one of the 26 EU member nations and as such can not possibly be intelligently referred to by any brain processing individual as the " so called" , Turkey does it but then Turkey is after all a third world nation occupying a part of Cyprus .

Passports r RoC passports not so-called RoC passports. They r not something created or issued afterwards 1964 by Greeks of Cyprus. The politicians elected by GC community converted RoC into so-called RoC. Though u were accepted to EU; in reality Greek Republic of Cyprus was accepted to EU.

I'll tell you whats up. Its a major upgrade for Turkey. Why? Because the US wants more from Turkey and Turkey is giving it. On issues from Afghanistan to Iraq, You will here all about what they agreed when Obama visits Turkey.

Now why wouldn't president Obama help those who made his fist major trip abroad a successful one? Thats a no brainer. So what does Turkey want in return? Thats also a no brainer.

New thinking is required from our politicians but i aint seeing it. The cold war is over. One side has won, are our politicians aware of it?

You cant always request miracles and that lobby isnt powerful as some make it out to be. So dont always run to it. And some in that lobby are disappointed that karamanlis couldnt offer more during his recent Obama meeting.

Not all is lost. Karamanlis has been invited to Washington.
Christofias may have a change of mind with regard to the Partnership for peace program. Oh and the Turks may actually come to their senses and negotiate in good faith. You know because i have been reading some of these TC facebook pages and oh wait, I think i have been reading too much of "The Cypriot's" comments in another thread. Hey, Wishful thinking is sometimes good.

We call it being aware of our resposibilities in western alliance.

Yea, your right, but you slipped up son.

What do you mean "we" and "our"? Your not part of Turkey, right? Your a TC not a Turk, right?

I have been waiting for a pseudo intellectual from your side to correct your error, but nothing.

This is what i mean, man...this furkin hypocrisy kills me. One of your muftis in the "TRNC" can say the same thing and often does but its just to be expected, never corrected, right?

Don't give much credit for what it is written on papers. Try to comprehend what's really going on. The target is one world government. Anything goes until the achievement of this goal. Remember the "sanitized" documents?

Bloody cheek, what gives Obama the right to decide the future of Cypriots. The same old story - outsiders interfering in Cyprus. Obama should be banging heads together not selling Cyprus down the river.

Be calm and enjoy it....

Obama: Minority rights need to progress forward. Halki seminary needs to be open.

Painful 1915 past.

Armenian boarder should be open.

Speech at the parliament now over. But before it finished, he stated this...

Obama: United states would be willing to support the two Cypriot leaders to form a united Bi-zonal, Bi-communal country.

Obama has also endorsed a European Turkey.

Obama received applause when he mentioned that Turkey should be apart of the EU and about fighting terror like PKK.

No applause when Obama talked about Cyprus, Armenia, Kurdish language, minority rights.

Overall, the speech will be received well by the Turkish public, but i am sure there will be some Turks who wished Obama didnt mention Cyprus, 1915, the Kurdish language, and Halki.
