Anyone catch President Christofias chatting with Obama today?

Absolutely. Thanks for that mate. Regret I must say some of our northern friends seek permanent derogations from the normal standards of behaviour of the human race.

Anyway, Halil and you other would be partitionists, where are you? Where are you Insan and Fredoula and VP and Shah? This is what our Pres X standing next to Obama looks like:-

This is what abiding by UN Resolutions, this is what legitimacy and living by the rule of law gets you, this is what the moral high ground gives you - RESPECT and a seat at the the world's top table.

Billagoui Willagoula, we'll get there, don't worry, it will be rotating presidency soon, you may even get a settler as president just to rub salt in the wounds old boy, you know what I mean. It could be even worse, it could be a Lurucadi, now that would be something.

In your dreams mate, only in your wettest of dreams.

A more likely future is that you'll get more of the same in the future for as long as the crimes continue. More of the same isolation and more of the same punishment you have all enjoyed so much of in the past 35 years. 35 years? Doesn't that tell you something?

More of the same.

Some future! Enjoy it!

Every Journey has a start, middle and an end.

Chris who is well known with anti-American/NATO stance has no chance to survive on the seat around the top table. U should have known it better than me.

Well, he is not a communist anymore, afterwards the collapse of the USSR but he is still anti-US and anti NATO. Even he was against EU but convinced by right wing for the sake of highest national interests of Hellenes.

Are you serious? Have you seen who is sitting on that table exactly? Not one of them doesnt have blood on their hands or abides by every UN resolution. What kind of dream world are you living in.

As I recall Obama's trip, he attended a G20 summit (US & Turkey being members of the G20), a NATO summit (USA & Turkey being in NATO), and is now in Turkey.

He also visited EU (USA not a member).

Need I point out the relative importance of Turkey and RoC in world affairs and hence USA foreign policy?
