How much have we changed from last century?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

How much have we changed from last century’s catastrophic mindsets?

I don't know about a virtual CIA coup, but at the individual basis things can get VERY DANGEROUS especially for those traveling to the US. Bush's terrorist laws are still well in place with Obama having done nothing thus far, and Guantanamo is no tropical Golfers club!

Point taken. I'll reconsider my plans for a Sex-in-the-City shopping holiday to New York.

People like you and I must always think before we travel… hell, I can’t even go to Greece!

Greece threatens to veto any enlargement if Cyprus, even divided, is denied membership. The admission of the Greek part alone would, however, provoke a massive crisis with Turkey, a vital strategic ally of the West.

Judging from some of your comments, GR, I didn't think you'd WANT to go to Greece!

If none of the above applies then please do not vote!

Regards, GR.

You ever thought of a poll asking those non-Cypriots (and non-gGreeks and non-Turks) their views? It would be interesting to get their bent...

I did in the past... I think we had an election coming and wondered who they'd opt for even though they couldn't vote. But go ahead utu... set one up like you imagine it and let's see how it goes.

Relax Simon, I didn't take legal advice because of what you wrote... I don't suppose either of us can libel each other in an anonymous forum.

And I apologise for calling you a half-hearted Greek.

 Apologize? He's a fucking galamaras pretending to be Cypriot!

Don’t let the clowns fool you my friend because no Cypriot patriot would ever go round with a Greek flag!

We should indeed be grateful to Greece for this great service to Cyprus. And also to the then foreign minister of the evil Imperialists, Robin Hood (RIP) who also successfully argued the case, no doubt to our friends on the other side of the pond.

I am not pretending to be anything you pseudo-Choirokoitian senile ignoramus. I am completely open about who I am, as are most Cypriots like me of Greek descent. I'll go around with whatever flag I please and I'm not going to let you (especially you) or anybody else tell me otherwise!

Nah!

But anyway, fuck the EU accession!

When do you plan to return the Cypriot territory you lost?

That’s what I want to know…
