What gives you the right to talk on behalf of other Cypriots in Never-Never Land? You are a minority of one VP, as am I. As are we all. Speak for yourself.
Viewpoint wrote: Im not the one whos worried you are,
I'm not worried , VP. My interests in Cyprus are purely philosophical and ideological. I care for the people because I feel their pain, on both sides. And I know neither side is happy with the status quo. My home is a cold country, under no threat of invasion and exploitation from foreign powers. And it doesn't get much sun, which can be a blessing, 'cos the sun makes some blind.
Viewpoint wrote: as it is you that is promoting it as if its widespread on both sides of the divide although the younger generation do not share anything on a regular basis with those in the GC south.
How gleeful are you of this? 40,000 overseas troops prevent Cypriots from sharing things.

Are you propogating real public opinion or what you'd like it to be? I can't imagine what it must be like living somewhere where there was one foreign soldier for every three or four citizens. But I expect I wouldn't feel too comfortable about expressing my real opinions in public.
Viewpoint wrote: you appear to be out of touch and lacking in understanding of what the TCs want.
And you are their self-appointed spokesperson? Why don't you let others speak for themselves. And you speak for yourself.
Viewpoint wrote: Do you live in the TRNC?
I live in a part of London where there are many exiles from both the north and south of the current divide, many of Muslim extraction. They are here in search of a better life than the regime in the north, under military control, can offer them. Your point?
Viewpoint wrote: know many young TCs who prefer the division we have today to being forced into aunion where a GC state will be created run by GCs and where they will be exposed to GC style democracy and constant discrimination.
I know many young Cypriots of Muslim extract who prefer unity we can have tomorrow, where a Cypriot state can be created run by Cypriots in a European style democracy where the rights of each individual will be protected by strict, anti-discriminatory laws. There are many minorities in the UK but the ones most victimised are the ones constantly playing the victim card.
Viewpoint wrote: So you are quite happy to be excluded from all walks of life by a hostile and revenge seeking "majority" whom you have given free range to do as they wish with your future.
Why would they seek revenge? What have you done that would make people want to seek revenge from you?
Viewpoint wrote: I do not want to be a minority in my own country
You're a minority of one, VP. As are we all. Deal with it.

I demand safegaurds to guarantee that I have my effective say in my own future and that force GCs to act in accordence with any new agreement they place their signature to.
Safeguards for all citizens will be enshrined in law. Our people have been manipulated and exploited by foreigners for centuries. Cypriots in the north continue to be so. Enough is enough, VP. Stand up for yourself!
