There is nothing illegal about TC land in the south, it is the RoC which has legalised illegality and uses the land without the permission of the owners and claims the moral high ground.

If you know of any EU citizens who are denied free and unfettered use of their property by the RoC then urge them to take their case to the ECJ cos the RoC wouldn't have a legal leg to stand on.

You see Fredoulla it's the law and some of us place great store in the law unlike some of you bazturds who feel they can pick 'n' mix laws to suit.

In this day and age with wars all over the middle east and asia the brits are not giving up any bases and certainly wont put them in the hands of brussels with its over-stringent rules and bureaucracy. The bases are there so that england can wage war and spy on the region. This is an idea that has been leaked around by some politicians in brussels if the article is true, but its certainly not anything the british will even care to negotiate let alone something that the ROC can capitalise from.
