psycho, that was a typo. My brand new CAR tends to disagree... and i dont find anything funny in your previous posts.
That wasn't caused by crap driving, i never even took that thing offroad as it supposed to. What about bunch of other freelanders next to my mechanic's garage?

You know when i took it first time to BMW SERVICE Center they told me to get rid of this car ASAP, not because of a state of a particular car but in general the guy told me "YOu are about to become bankrupt with it, everything goes wrong in this car, dont fight it - get rid of it" those were the words of a head mechanic from BMW.

A Landrover being looked at by a BMW garage no wonder you had problems

No I didn't know that.
In England I have my BMW serviced by BMW and the Freelander serviced by Landrover.
For the record I have had Landrovers for years and I have never had any problems with any of them. Maybe the one you had was the one built on a Friday afternoon after they all got back from the pub

psycho,
There is one particular series of Freelanders which should be avoided, i think you don't read my post well.
1998-2001 and the first 2002 batch of TD4. 2003 onwards they have improved.

Other models tend to be more reliable but also have their surprices, most of which are fuel pumps, air suspensions and electrical ECU stuff.

If i'd ever buy a Landrover again it would be a 1996 Defender.

I can recommend the new TD4 2 model it's the best one we've ever had, the wife loves it.
