or was he just ignored as the case has been since 2004's AP referendum.

Hmm, you have been under 'occupation' for 35 years and we have at most gotten a slap on the wrist. Who exactly is being ignored here? You or us?

Us, of course.!

The question you should be asking is, where has all your bragging of violating International Law has gotten you.?

You need to do more reading and understanding as to who the "you's" and who the "us's" are on this forum. There is no excuse for ignorance if one spends time on the forum but does not comprehend what is written and by whom.! How about getting out of your "dark box" and see the outside light for god sake.!

Has the light bulb come on yet for you, Turkkan.??

Dont you know scarcasm is the lowest form of wit...who are you exactly and why should we take anything you say seriously?

You must be one of Turkkan's ignorant friends sitting in the "dark box" with him.!

Answer the question, who the hell do you think you are? you are just another poster with an opinion, this does not make you right and others wrong.

The question that was proposed by Turkkan to me and backed by you ignorasmaously was, as to who the you's" and "us's" are on this forum. At least I have enough grey matter to figure out who and what you two are and if by now you can't do the same with me, then your "dark box" must be much darker than I had ever imagined.!

And with comments like the above, is there any wonder why there aren't any serious hopes for reconciliation?

Haven't you finished your thesis on Cyprus yet, Utu.? Surely disputes in other countries must be more interesting to write about than bunch of silly Cypriot island people such as ourselves.!

The right word is not cancelled but postponed. Is it a poor english by bayrak or a wishful thinking?

So what does that make you, DT? Just wondering...

Cypriot.

Nice answer, but it tells me nothing. You'd need to define that word for me, and you to tell me for whom it doesn't refer to...

Utu it says a lot. I realise your outside looking in attitude allows you to make cliche comments such as "with attitudes such as this it will never be solved" however my concern is also with attitudes such as the one that brought as the Annan Plan were it might be solved wrongly. An unfair solution to the majority of this island will only lead to troubles in the future and THAT IS MY ONE AND ONLY MOTIVATION IN BECOMING SO INVOLVED WITH THE CYPRUS PROBLEM.

I do not want to see my country go through the same disasters as before and I do not want my kids to live through what we and our parents went through.

An outsider to the problem will easily judge an aggressive attitude or congratulate a conciliatory approach...where will this outsider be once his thesis is finished and the people of Cyprus will have to live with a mistake?
