I've given up long stretches of sleeping because I just have so much I want to do. I got used to only a few hours sleep a night when I was breastfeeding and working full time too.
Back to the gym ... it is always the last thing to fit in priority-wise .. and I have not spent more than 5 mins there (even though I have a fully equipped one at home) in the last year. Having said that ... once I start, I get obsessed and spend hours in there .... until I look so anorexic I get pitiful looks from 'down & outs' on my early morning warm up runs ...
