I must admit three years ago I did try pills. They made me sick and very tired, so I stopped after two weeks. Now my body is used to 4 maybe 5 hrs sleep a day.

I use Night Nurse if I can't sleep. It knocks you out and you end up being like a zombie next day.

It's old age guys, the older you are the les sleep you need. I have the same problem, if I sleep for six hours at night, it is a miracle.

I've given up long stretches of sleeping because I just have so much I want to do. I got used to only a few hours sleep a night when I was breastfeeding and working full time too.

Back to the gym ... it is always the last thing to fit in priority-wise .. and I have not spent more than 5 mins there (even though I have a fully equipped one at home) in the last year. Having said that ... once I start, I get obsessed and spend hours in there .... until I look so anorexic I get pitiful looks from 'down & outs' on my early morning warm up runs ...

From exercise this topic turned to be about sleep? :( I used to work our 5 times a week. These days I don't but I plan to start again after Easter. I have a home gym but I prefer going to a real gym that has all kinds of machines.
