I have not been to a gym in years, although I do have to undergo a fitness assessment every three months. I run every day whatever the weather, on average 82 miles per week. Sit ups 2-300 per day and swim early doors at weekends.
I have been in a few Triathalons but those days are now numbered, not bad for an old un.

Nice one purdey! 82 miles per week is good going. I probably do about 8.2!

Well, suppose so. Next week will be the week I get back into it. Still recovering from a heavy night on Saturday!

May go tomorrow ;)

I have a sleeping disorder. Nightmares mostly but I cannot sleep for more than four hours a day. So I get up, swim, run and hunt.
