Why do you need to put your case to any test? As a non resident of the TRNC you have the right to possess your land at any time. Those who reside in the TRNC can reclaim their land as long as they fulfill two conditions:

a- six month residence in RoC, b- provide proof that they do not posses GC land in the north.

You can be asked to provide proof of possessing something. How do you provide proof that you do not possess something if you don't have it?

I have a feeling that the RoC might have means to check whether one is 'double-dipping'. I wish their research was more strident.

Surely if that was the case, than the comment should have been subject to us proving that you have no greek cypriot land?

All 'puans' are registered, surely.

Not everybody who did esdeger got land. After you did esdeger, you had to go and find an unoccupied piece of land and put your claim in only to find that somebody from the UBP party was in front of you in the queue.

The whole premise is wrong. What its saying is prove to me you are innocent, if you can't then you are guilty. Presumption of innocence is the basis of all justice systems except in RoC it seems.

Tell that to the land registry. I have been waiting for nearly three years for the deeds. They are in a pile awaiting verification.

Surely not Deniz. That doesn't even happen in TRNC. Normally a few visits and its done.

Although that proposal was backed by both the UN and EU the GCs rejected that idea as it did not serve their purpose.

No, VP, what the GC's rejected was the Annan Plan as a package and not individual proposals in it, just as you accepted the AP as a whole also, which included Racist , Undemocratic and Human Rights violations against the GC's.!

You can not pick and choose you have to take the rough with smooth its called compromise but of course GCs are imune to this.

OK, so tell us VP, just exactly what parts of the Annan Plan would you say were the "rough" parts for the TC's. No need to tell us all the "smooth" parts for the TC's, because we all know about them.

While you are at it, also tell us all the "smooth" parts for the GC's in the AP, and once again, don't bother telling us what were the "rough" parts, because those are also well known to us.!
