Really impressed by your kind reply and unbelievable description in perfect English.

Not that I’m in Cyprus at the moment, having lived 28 years in Greek Cyprus, I know everywhere, especially the so-called Tourist Area.

So I know Potamas Yermasoyias extremely well, so, on the basis I’m single, I live by myself, you haven’t given a price/rate, for the accommodation you have available.

As to the common swimming pool, it means precisely nothing to me, only that within complexes, there is a charge.

The house is now rented to someone who is new on the Island and not been living here for so long.... eur 750 including common exp. and the swimming pool and much more....
