They had a part in stealing other people's property, paying cheaply for dodgy, Photoshop'd kochans for property off the back of a lorry, in the hope that come some kind of "partition" (dream on Suckers!) they would get away with their share in the crime and make a profit. They are just as guilty as the thieving tnct in the conspiracy.

Well the authorities are catching up with these crooks. It'll take a few more years for proper remedy to be given but with a little more patience we will see legal charges on the scammer's property here in GB in places like Hove, Sussex and elsewhere.

By the way they all knew what they were doing, don't believe any of them when they say we were misled by the tnct. Ignorance of the law is never a defence, the Republic's Law that is (which is the only one on the Island).

What will you do if this judgment is against you? god forbid?
You know like the British one?

Re Fromada, bou isoun kai hathikes?

Well, the GB Court judgments didn't go against Mr Apostolides, the ownership of his ancestral land in Lapithos land by the good Mr A was indeed confirmed. The GB Court of Appeal referred several other matters to the higher court of the ECJ for rulings including on the questions of remedy and jurisdiction in the EU.

Re vromo shillo, en ime gathigos, ime tha hame.

Ask yourself this question, just as we've got to the most critical stages of these negotiations, for the court to determine this case will have the effect of saying there is no need for negotiations, that will be another gadastrofia. I just feel that they will delay it till after the negotiations and then say problem solved.

Who are you bleeding well calling a "smelly dog" you pushti.

PS. Pheck your "negotiations".

A lot of people don't see such things as human and property rights as the sort of things to barter for in some bleeding b'stard bizarre bazaar.

Who are you calling pushdi you pushd pezevenk. I have 18 kids and 7 wives, my religous right and all that.

This land was given to a TC and after waiting for you b'stards to come to the table, gave up and sold it. Do you blame him? You will see. The judgment will refer the matter to the negotiations. Otherwise why do we need the UN then?
You guys are building the GC's expectations but you better be there when it goes against them.

(Re pushtochiro, aman se tho, tha sou mbixo ena masagi bou don kolo)

"Given" ? Only Mr Apostolides can give HIS land, sell HIS land, let HIS land or do anything else that he wants to do with it, not some banana, land scamming, thieving tnct.

And how many times has this happend in TRNC?
The day you demolish a house in TRNC
I will change my name to nigoli.
Sha la la la li.
Gumbare, goumbari.

If you come to Girne in August, I will have no beers but a Lamincana full of Lurucadi Zivania and a gasha load of domada then you'll be well ripe for the lovely ladies.

This Lurijidi Zivania sounds very appealing.
