Looking for studio or 1 br apt in Nicosia

I'm looking for a furnished studio or 1-bedroom apt in Nicosia (Engomi; closer to Vasileos Pavlou the better) for 4-6 months (whatever is convenient to the owner) starting April 5th. I'm a 25yr old male working in finance. I'm quiet, responsible, and have excellent credit and references. Please let me know if you have anything in the €400-500 range. Thanks

Any tips, etc. would be welcome. I'm not against working with a broker if there's no fee.
