I wasnt making fun of Bananiot's physical appearance in this thread. I was making fun of his mentality, not only his, but a few others as well. The fact that Bana likes to wear short shorts with black socks and brown sandals just adds to the hilarity.

I don’t recall him in that kind of attire in our 2-3 meets but anyway, he can wear whatever he wants! I think you confuse him with Miltades’ white socks on sandals!

And btw… he is a former tennis champion so let’s give credit where credit is due!

Who else in this forum sounds like me? I believe my views are not similar to others here therefore i stand out. I have changed my nic and when i did, i stated so...i did not hide it from anyone. Whats the problem? Am i the first to change a nic in this forum?

Nationalists Win Turkish Cypriot Elections

Turkish Cypriot nationalists have won legislative elections, a result that analysts say could complicate efforts to settle the decades-long division of the Mediterranean island.

With all the votes counted from Sunday's elections, the opposition National Unity Party won 44 percent of the vote. It beat the ruling Republican Turkish Party by nearly 15 percent.

The opposition is calling for a full two-state model for Cyprus that has been rejected by Greek Cypriots.

The ruling party, led by Turkish Cypriot leader Mehmet Ali Talat, wants a federation of two ethnic regions for Cyprus. Mr. Talat began reunification talks with Greek Cypriots last year.
