Sadly, Britain has a lot to answer for!

No more playing the "nice" guy!

You have proven to be as barbaric as Turks, but without the excuse that you are merely "backward"....

If the UK wants to hold her head up in world politics ever again, she has to REMOVE the Turks from Cyprus .....

This is powerful support for one of Brendan O'Malley and Ian Craig's main hypotheses in "The Cyprus Conspiracy".

That is why the British Government and the American Government must pay some of the settlement costs.

The darkest chapter in GB foreign policy .... and GB is still at it with its support for Tourkish rule, in all but name, in the Occupied North.

Is there a second page?

Only EOKA-B, Junta and their backers have a lot to answer for! They were the only barbarians in Cyprus.

Britain boasts the continuing support of 60 Million ... how many supported EOKA B ?

They (UK) made a mistake... fine ... they just have to correct it now!

Insan if you search you will find that CIA had a plan for dividing Cyprus in the 1930s. EOKA B were just the actors. They did not write the script and nobody told them how this play would conclude.

It is not Tim. I recommend u to read 400 pages of CIA report that reveals the truth about why Britain did not want to join Turkey for an bilateral intervention. Though in above report it can also be seen in the first paragraph. Brits having the bitter experince of guerilla warfare with EOKA, were predicting a little chance of success, waging a guerilla warfare against EOKA-B. On the other hand US did not wish to internationalize the issue. There was nothing pre-planned. Everything developed under the then circumstances.

Please read all the details from CIA report:
