Cyprus must be liberated

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I’ll put it to you very bluntly… the only thing that’s for certain is that there won’t be a “Turkish Cypriot community” left after such an engagement. I'm sure you'll understand that the Republic cannot afford to have the “problem” still lingering after such a sacrifice.

I think it's a good thing for your people that you aren't ANY kind of general.

Turkan put your head on mate. Haven't Cypriots suffered enough violence. It's my family you are proposing to use as fodder. Stop it. Decent TCs and GCs do not want another war.

Yfred, im just answering to their proposed schemes of war. I have never proposed we start a war just what we do if they start one.

Turkan, these people do not know what war is. Decent GCs will be horrified to read what these lunatics are writing on the forum. They don't have the backup like Eoka did in 63 and 74. Let them dream.

It’s precisely my personal experience of the one-sided war that drives me Y-Fronts. Cyprus MUST HAVE a proper two-sided war to determine her future once and for all. The Ottoman remnants MUST confront the now armed indigenous Cypriots BEFORE they can wave any flags of victory and talk about “power sharing” and such. You MUST EARN for yourselves all that you claim, and not have it handed to you on a plate by an outside power. No handouts.
