On one hand the tcs are promoting their own state at every turn of the wheel and stating quit clearly the RoC is not recognised by them...

In other instances...
1...The want they own representation on the back of a state they do recognise in the EU
2...If any oil is found well away from them, they want a share...


Well is it a case of what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine as well?

Have the tcs contributed anything to the EU?...NO...but they are very happy in receiving from the EU...

Don't they realise that this wants is working against all they stood for?...Can we put it down to greed?

I just read a thread where TCs are "entitiled" to 2 MEP. Not to represent RoC at the EU parliament but their breakaway state. Why? Because they are "entitled". How? 1960 constitution. But ... sht! But nothing.

Go ahead, give em 2 MEPs so that they can debate and bash the RoC on a daily basis. yeah, the country that sends them to the European Parliament will get the best treatment from them, i guarantee it. I also see it happening. When it comes to Cypriot politics, nothing surprises me anymore. Hey, i dont mind giving them 2 seats if they had the best interest of the RoC. So uhh, how many TCs do you know that have the RoC’s best interest? Right.

Back on topic...what right have the tcs have in asking for such a request....aren't the ones promoting the occupied as a separate country. and non recognition of the RoC?...why the hell they are asking for 2 seats is beyond comprehension...Is this really promoting their cause?...

While they hold onto everyones properties, which in itself is against international law, now they are recognising legalities?

Aren't the tcs reminding us the 1969 agreements are no longer valid...why is it then they recognise what suits them out of them...and depending on which day of the week...
