That’s only in YOUR uneducated mind.

...becasue if TCs have no confidence in the RoC justice System, then Taksim is the only solution left.

The problem with the Turkish Cypriots is not one of “confidence in the RoC” but that of PREMEDITATED THEFT AND TREASON against the RoC, so get your facts right. The “confidence” bollocks doesn’t work with me little Tourko…

What will be interesting is the EU's reaction to this. Let see how they react to this judgment.

There's nothing stopping the victims from taking their case to the ECHR because their lawyer has a made a mess here... but the EU reacting to a fair and square trial? That's not the EU's job.

You keep having a go at my Education . I was educated in Trahona Uni. My degree was in Life studies.
Fair Trial, you blind B'Stard.

And where the f is Trahona University?

Can you not smell a wind up. Trahona is a piece of land on the right hand side of Lefkosa Larnaka road just after Piroi. My father had land there which he lost to the GCs. We used to grow domades there.
Bill will appreciate the funy side of this. Here is a link with Trahonas on it.

I know where Trahona is, I asked about the University.

The university of life is not a building. Its a wind up. How do you know where trahona is?

So basically you are uneducated. Why would I not know where Trahona is?

It is so local that perhaps only Lurucadis know about Trahona. Do you also know where Mallura or Ambarena or Basimamma or even Gremmo is? Are we to assume you are a closet Lurucadi?

I've had the best education in the world. Survival from the age of 14. You tend to learn very quickly.

It looks as though the general feeling is that the court has made a mess of the case. The Attorney General himself has used harsh words to describe the decision. The father of one of the beaten students said that only in a banana republic a decision like this one could have been taken. Many learned lawers have expressed their dismay at the decision. This case has not finished yet.

An appeal has been made to the Supreme Court however it doesn't take away from the fact that the technicality of the declaration by the owner of the Video is a justifiable reason to dismiss the case.

Quick question bananiot..

Just been watching this on the news is there a way under Cyprus Law that the plaintiffs can appeal against the decision or is the case now closed

Change the word "reason" to "excuse" and you are right DT.

DT, what do you mean by "the technicality of the declaration by the owner of the Video is a justifiable reason to dismiss the case".

Some of the accused were actually identified as being at the scene and furthermore some have even admitted of being at the seen and I do not mean through the video.

Of course you do understand that nobody dares to touch the police and the normal practice, when the police beat up somebody in custody or elsewhere, before the person submits a complain to the ... police, the cops that handed the beating proceed first to pre empty the poor sucker by accusing him of assaulting the police.

And, we also have the admision of the Minister of Interior five years ago who told us bananiots that "the police is never beaten up, the police always beats up people".

At least the courts are trying to do their best ...

What are people expecting ... open and shut cases all the time?

And we don't shoot dead without trial .......... or even after!
