Does anybody know which is this agreement saying that 2 out of the 6 EU MPs representing Cyprus in the EU parliament, must be separately and exclusively elected by the Turkish Cypriots? As far as I know, there is no such provision in the treaty of Cyprus EU accession, in which the total number of MPs for Cyprus was agreed. Where have these two fellows found such a provision, and they even go to the EU Court of Justice for this? How absurd indeed!

The RoC constitution calls for a 70:30 participation in the RoC parliament, not in the EU parliament! Besides that, a 4:2 split is 66:33, and not 70:30.

The population of the Greek Cypriots do not give them 6 MEP's but only 4. The Greek Cypriots only obtained 6 MEP by including the population of the Turkish Cypriots

The Turkish Cypriots were expelled from Limassol, Paphos and Larnaka by the invading Greek Natioanal Guard all Turkish Cypriot able men of Paphos, Limassol and Larnaka were taken as POW

The Greek Cypriot Republic can not claim to be the legal representative of all Cyprus. Altough it is recognised by the rest of the world as the only legitimate government it does not change the fact on the ground that since the Turkish Cypriots do not recognise them as their governm
ent they have no option but continue their fake claim that they are the only legitimate govenment of all Cyprus. It is time the Greek Cypriots wake up to the reality that they are only the govenment of themselves not the Turkish Cypriots and never will be.
