Tcs go to ECHR for EU parliament elections

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Part 2 is easy : If it doesn't come to a vote then TCs won't vote !

Part 1 is guesswork : My guess at the moment is that unless there's something radically different and better than Annan (highly unlikely on both counts), TCs current mood will result in a vote against. But that's just a guess.

But seriously, if there's no agreed settlement this time round TCs will be up the river without a paddle and GCs will be boatless on one river bank unable to cross to the other bank.

Do you not see that if the TCs show willingness and GC do same as last time, TCs may get isolation removed anyway sooner rather than later?

Strange thing is last time that was used in the same way was about Cyprus in UK Parliment, and the minister had to eat his words.
It is now accepted in the civilised world that one should never say never to anything.
