Should I be ashamed to admit that I'm still using IE6.0 ?

Well it does… new versions of software are always more bloated and slower, so I don’t see the reason to upgrade for the sake of one or two new features I’ll probably never use anyway.

It is not just about features you see, like tabs, but about features you don't see, like better CSS and Javascript support, and also faster rendering and better security. Wait a year from now and you will see that the most advanced websites will not work or will look broken on your IE6 and then you will be forced to upgrade ;) Try visiting advanced websites with IE4 today and you will see what I mean.

If the idea of a Browser is to BROWSE web pages then NOBODY does it better than IE, and I couldn’t care less what’s in those menus of all those 3rd party browsers because it’s not the browser I’m interested in but the WEBSITES I go to themselves!!! I think some people seem to have missed the plot of what a browser is all about.

End of story as far as I’m concerned.
