Me prolong it? :? It's your Greece we're waiting for to liberate us so what are you waiting for Christmas? Didn’t you say “Freedom or death”???

So you’ve been LYING to Cypriots all along your dirty mythological wanker!

Cyprus is Greek GR don't forget it! Try and prove that it isn't, you can't your website proves nothing and you didn't listern to anything I posted about it.

An illiterate peasant’s graffiti on the wall from the1950s is not what the UN
uses to distinguish one country from another.

The UN is your source for history now?

Feel free to rip the UN to pieces, but next time you quote a UN resolution this post will be shoved in your face.

What by you? I don't need the UN to tell me that Cyprus is a Greek Island.

You should be so lucky. Most probably by a TC after you accusse Turkey of ignoring UN resolutions.
Why would I be so lucky?

i really need to spell it out for you don't I? Because if its me I might hold
back and not hit you on the head with your obvious contradictions. Cyprus is an independent state, deal with it.

What you need to do is read what I posted. Now let me explain what I again: Cyprus is a Greek Island, I did not say it was part of Greece (although I wish it was). I don't care for the UN, they are a waste space. Feel free to pull me up on anything I post, UN or what ever.

OK, willdo. :D

I agree, just like Corfu is a Pakistani island, Santorini is a Brazilian protectorate, and Mykonos is a Sri Lankan state. 8)

Why do you expect Greece to come and rescue us? All Greeks participated in their own freedom ... and so should we!

... or are you similarly afflicted with "acquittal of responsibility" as the TCs which you accuse?

Admitting you have Greek heritage is not merely so that you can go with a begging bowl in your hands.....

Instead let's learn from them

1- Greeks of Greece inspired "freedom" movement among Greeks of Cyprus, from early 1800s until recently.

2- Greeks of Greece contributed a lot for the education system of Greeks of Cyprus from early 1800s until recently.

3- In 50s the armed struggle for Enosis organized in Greece and Greeks of Greece suplied arms to Greeks of Cyprus.

4- In 1964 when RoC was converted into a Greek Republic; it was a defacto situation. Greeks of Greece played many trump cards in their hands and turned de-facto situation into de-jure.

5- In 1974, yet again Greeks of Greece and diaspora Greeks played many trump cards to influence international community in favour of Greeks of Cyprus and against Turkey and TCs.
6- A few years ago Greeks of Greece played their remaining trump cards by blackmailing EU for EU accession of Greeks of Cyprus.

Well done Greeks of Greece and diaspora Greeks! No more trump cards remained in your hands. Now it's Turkey's time to play all the trump cards in her hands, in favour of TCs and herself. :D

What trump cards ? France will never allow Turkey to enter the EU.

The main trump card of Greece was it's strategic importance in Balkans. US did everything possible to keep Greece as a pro-American/right wing dominated ally in Nato for the interests of Western Alliance.

Never say never... and don't give much credits for delaying tactics of some EU countries. Turkey's EU accession is not urgent yet. When the right time comes no one is able to stand against the globalisation. Turkey still needs some time to mature her democracy and socio-politics.

I cannot see what contribution Turkey could give to the EU so perhaps France is right in stating its case against you.

The famous graffiti was written by every true GREEK Cypriot !

Luckily, most of these "true Greek Cypriots" from yesteryear are almost gone and with them dies their treasonous love affair of mythological Greek bollocks that infested their feeble minds.

I think it is the other way round ! You are and always will be in the minority together with your bollocks - MR filthy tongue !

If Cyprus is independent, why doesn't it resolve the cyprus problem directly. Why does it need foreign assistance ?

That must be one of the most peculiar lines I've ever seen on this forum.

What does having international assistance in solving a crisis have to do wiith a country's independence?

Is Israel not independent when it uses a US road map for peace with the Palestinians?

Why do the British have Tony Blair as a permanent envoy for the Israel-Palestinian conflict?

I think the peculiarity lies with you.

Isreal cannot resolve its problems directly with the Palestinians hence foreign intervention. Cyprus on the other hand is Independent, doesn't need Greece, EU, Un etc to solve its problem because according to GR and others the cypriots can do it themselves, so allez-y !!
