Umit, cut out the alcohol - or at least reduce your intake. Hard I know with so many good Aussie wines, but believe me it will be worth it once you start to lose the kg's!
Hi there Bubbles, I need some pointer for healthy yet simple to make food. I am pretty good in the kitchen but I don't have the time to be messing around with food too much.

Check out www.slimmingworld.com you'll get a weeks menu ideas (free), that are delicious, simple and don't leave you starving and you'll still have friends at the end of the week, unlike those who eat cabbage soup for a week

The cabbage soup is the kick start of a healthy long term diet. On Monday I weighed myself 153.75 kilos. I would like to loose at least 20 kilos by the end of the year.

Is 'olives' some bit of slang that I don't know about?

Do you wrap them in a chequered mandilli?

Elies/elyes, no.
Everyday I have olives, cheese (halloumi, feta/tulum, Roquefort) tomatoes and Cyprus bread + yogurt (Pittas). A variety of meze's everyday. Main meal in the evenings.
