We want everybody to be healthy but we also need to recognise that different people have different body shapes.
Youth Minister Kate Ellis
Today marks International No Diet Day, with women asked to participate in an online survey on body shapes and sizes.
Youth Minister Kate Ellis says the answers will help form a national strategy on body image.
"We're asking people about what it is that places the pressure on them to try an look a certain way.
"We want everybody to be healthy but we also need to recognise that different people have different body shapes
