It's gonna be a tough week with an easter lunch today, another easter lunch next sunday and the wife being away for a week. As long as I don't put on any weight then I'll be happy with myself.

I'm sure you'll be ok this week, you're not going to be in a hurry to undo all your good work? Easter lunch is only one meal out of 21 in a week, if you stick with it for the 20 it can't do much harm to deviate a little on the 1 :?: :wink:

HELP!!

I put weight on, I get depressed, so I comfort eat , so I put weight on, and get more depressed then comfort eat, put weight on.............. can you see a pattern forming here? Somebody get me off this merry go round

Not good this week, no weight shifted :oops: :x

My goodness, isn't Kafenes doing well :D .....

Suegwyn ... let's take inspiration from him. It's just a matter of thermodynamics after all ... matter can neither be created nor destroyed, it just changes from one form to another .... erm :? ... does that mean because it's coming off kafenes, it's re-forming on us? :(

I'd have to stop wearing clothes too, because they tell me I've put weight on :shock: now that is a scary thought :shock: :lol:

I'd have to stop wearing clothes too, because they tell me I've put weight on :shock: now that is a scary thought :shock: :lol:


Do you physically feel overweight or is it just for cosmetic reasons?
