Not as good as previous weeks - I wonder if the alcohol I had at the weekend had anything to do with it! :(

I did lose a little bit of weight so I am happy and still heading in the right direction! :)

The dreaded weigh in day has arrived :shock: 1lb off, not bad considering :o
I am now going to hang a pair of summer trousers(that I can't get into) where I can see them, hopefully this will help keep me focused :?

time will tell!

She better beware of those 'English' Easter Eggs then. Traditional Cypriot ones are far healthier. I got up to 20 eggs one year from our GC neighbours. All beatifully dyed. Better than chocolate by far. :lol:
