That's brilliant progress Kafenes :D ... you must be starting to feel the health benefits now, so hopefully you are less likely to fall off the wagon.

It's Monday again soon, so I shall have another go at starting .... :roll:

Definitely feeling better and will stick to it as long as possible. Being the weekend I did treat myself to better meals but still no bread and sugar (including sweets) for the last 3 weeks.

BBQed chicken with honey and soy sauce with salad and boiled potatoes.

Back to the soups tomorrow. Aiming at 146.50 by Saturday.
