Hardal, in TC. Perhaps something similar in Greek? Like hardalis? :lol:

No Deniz, definitely called zinnabie. I have come accross the plant a few times in the mouintains.

I haven't managed to get going yet :? Maybe when Easter has passed over .....

| Weighed myself on Tuesday evening: 148.60 and very happy with the progress. I would like now to lose one kilo per week.
