I knew it as cauliflower, I just did not know it as moungra. I only had it once, 51 years ago on a Sunday. 8)

Once a week I eat cauliflower, cooked with minced meat and some herbs accompanied by lots of yoghurt. It's one of my most favourite meal. :D

My mum used to do cauliflowers yiahni (?).

Chop into florets. Saute in oil, maybe with onions. Add tomato puree and stir then some stock and cook for 5 to 10 mins.

I really loved that .... especially if the cauliflower was a little charred.

I'll make some for lunch tomorrow ... stuffed full tonight :D

That is the ONLY way I like cauliflowers. Charred too. :lol: What a flavour.
