Todays lunch was as above . With the long version of ÇOREK. The Flaounes (Pilavina) lasts me a week (thats for tea). At lunch times my desk is a mess. :twisted:


That looks like a nice lunch Deniz. When we say ÇOREK we mean (choureki) which is a stringy type of sweet bread normaly decorated with coloured eggs for Easter. Like the pic below.

Looks lovely and healthier than mine.

Unfortunately I need the Carbohydrates to balance my Insulin. :twisted:

Otherwise I could easily live without the bread.

I miss my grandma's Pilavuna's, with mint, ganavuri and loads of sultana's.

Sorry, I know that as koulori (not the hard type). I obviously speak the Aglangia dialect!

Thats right. At maths, I always got the Koulori , I was useless(primary school). In TC it also means ZERO. I wonder why? :lol:

I can count to 63 now. :lol:
