I watched something on Discovery Channel where a bloke deliberately gave himself a tape worm for a month, then took the appropriate medication to "expel" it. It was over 2 metres long when he measured it!!!!

I'd rather be a porker for the duration than swallow a tapeworm :lol:


It wasn't 2 metres long when he swalloed it!



Just under an inch (2.45 cm) long. :lol:


You should answer some of the spam emails about enlarging the size of your............tapeworm!


I dont use tapes. I use a micrometer screw gauge. :lol:


I will refrain from commenting on how you gauge your screws!

Despite my worst efforts I have managed to shift 2lbs :D :D

I had to go out to lunch ... and it was too lovely! :cry: This doing it sensibly approach is not working!

I shot one of the above this morning. It was eating my young lettuce (honestly). I will be eating it tomorrow for dinner, good meat and not at all fatty.

Losing weight is fast the way i do it. It works, it really does. Not eating or eating very little is dangerous and unhealthy. Plus you will get that weight back and more. Follow me now. This a bit strange but i am going to share it with you all. First, let me just mention something real quickly. Why do you guys think there are mirrors in the gym? Because its a great motivator. It keeps you going and you see the pump you get when working out. Ok, i mention this because i use a mirror when i do cardio .......BUTT NAKED. Yea, thats right, i said it and i dont care because i dont know who you people are. I guarantee you that if you dont like what you see in the mirror, you wont stop doing cardio until you see results. The only thing you have to remember here, and this is important, you have to remember to keep the shades down.

The steps:

1) Download several cardio workout videos and converted them to dvd format using the nero or windows dvd maker. Its simple, its easy, and fwee. (if you cant do this....see step 3.)
2) buy a cheap mirror
3) If you cant perform step one.....just jog in place. Try to change it up a bit....start off really slow...then faster pace, slow again and so on and so forth.
4) two months before summer, i start my cardio which consists of doing cardio for 1 hour a day, 5 days a week for two month and i easily shed the winter fat away. chiseled and ready for the summer.

During the summer, i stop the cardio, i dont have an appetite because naturally heat causes loss of appetite.

Say what you will, laugh all you want. it works.

I am calling this the "shaken lit' butt" work out. 2 months out of the year guys. Thats all it takes.

1) there are mirrors in gyms 'cos most people that go are poseurs
2) being butt naked even with the shades down is not a comfortable place to be
3)I eat more when I am losing weight...TRUE
4)I want this to be a lifetime thing, not just for 2 months

what sort of example would I be setting my girls, if for two months every year I waddle about butt naked :shock: :shock: :lol:

Another alternative. Get on a plane and visit me in the Lakes. You will need one boiler suit and a pair of wellingtons. I will put you through the Royal Marines workout for 6 weeks. I guarantee you will loose weight and be fitter than you have ever been.
You won't need a mirror or need to be naked.

Thats true. But its also a great motivator.

If you dont have the strength to do cardio five times a week. You will have a bit more determination if you dont like what you see in the mirror.

Have you tried any tae bo? or cardio P90X? There are a ton of these cardio videos on the net for a reason. Cardio works. If 2 months is not sufficient, then see what works for you. Make your own routine. Say 3 times a week for 4 months out of the 12.

well, im not saying to do it in front of anyone. hey, i am just saying it works for me.
