Well done to the rest of you though! :D

You can do it gori - you just have to pick yourself up and start again. :)
Try taking your own pre-packed lunch and that way you guarantee a healthy meal.

You did not mention any exercise? Did you do any? :?

@ Kafenes - sorry, I don't think I could drink your celery juice! I prefer pure cranberry juice or even the odd glass of pomegranate juice (though this is definitely an acquired taste!) Water is the best though!

@ Oracle - how did your first day go?

60 minutes on the Wii fit - plus warm-up/cool down exercises
Breakfast - cereal with added sultanas
Two black coffees
Water
Lunch - light salad
Dinner - to be arranged!?!?
Another hour's exercise scheduled for this evening :) plus dog walking!

Fine, food wise.

I don't want to lose it as fast as you, because I just put it on faster when I stop, and I am fed up yo-yo-ing. So this has to be the diet to end all diets! I am probably eating 3 X more than you .. but all healthy!

Unfortunately I am tying up deadlines and co-ordinating builders, so I have not had a stretch long enough to hit the gym ....

Maybe tonight ....

Carrot and Coriander soup for lunch soon. :D

Started the day with vegetable soup for breakfast.
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, unsalted cottage cheese (anari) and salad washed down with freshly made carrot and apple juice.

Kafenes your food continues to be inspirational .... :D

I wonder how B&S got on with the re-start :?

Anyway here's a health warning I was sent by e-mail:

Cancer Update from John Hopkins Hospital

No plastic containers in microwave.

No water bottles in freezer.

No plastic wrap or plastic containers in microwave.

No drinking water from plastic bottles left in a car.

Don't freeze plastic bottles/containers with liquid/food in them.

The combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body... Instead, you should use glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food... You get the same results, only without the dioxin. Ready meals should be removed from the container and heated in something else.
Bottled water in your car is very dangerous. The heat releases Dioxins from the plastic of the bottle.

So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car, and, pass this on.

:? My goal is to lose roughly 1kg per week!

Willpower is needed once you have given your body a good kickstart - and maintaining your new regime along with trips to the gym/regular exercise! Who is walking your dog?

Treated myself to a kebab last night - lovely
Freshly made fruit salad for breakfast - with low calorie yoghurt
Two hour walk with the dog - yes in this wet weather!
Home made vegetable broth on the go as I type!

Still no alcohol - will someone give me a halo - pleeeeeeeeeeeease!
