Nice to chat to you too! This going down the pub at lunchtime is not going to help your fitness regime!

If we did not have CBBB's comments, the forum would be unbearable. Obviously you have not had the pleasure.

(Freshly baked Flaounes are lovely. Cannot eat them cold - or reheated! :? )

Will you stop it. Its one flavour that you cannot re-create in the UK.(unless home baked by my GC neighbor Flora.) She is also responsible for my weight gain.

 What did I do?

Cereal for breakfast - after 40 minutes vigorous exercise
Scrambled eggs on dry toast for lunch
Yoghurt at 4pm as dinner will be late tonight
Grilled steak and tomatoes for dinner
Limited coffee but lots of fresh water!
An hour/90 minutes exercise scheduled for tonight - then roll on tomorrow!

@ Kafenes - well done, your tuna salad looked lovely - much better than the cabbage soup I bet!

@ Oracle - Greek yoghurt goes with just about anything IMO - the reduced fat one naturally!

Well my first day was not good   I started off ok I had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes for breakfast. Then I was in court all day, I went to the canteen at lunchtime to find all the healthy options had been sold so ended up having chicken barito & chips  then had a cadbury's praline flake while driving home  And I have just had roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, yorkshire pudding & gravy!  I am not proud of myself :(

Well done to the rest of you though! :D

Dinner:Grilled fish with a small boiled potato and salad. A dried fig and a dried apricot for desert, washed down with a glass of fresh celery juice.
