Well .... damn them .... I have just now discovered proper rice puddings and they are nothing like the ones we make at home but a Moorish variety of gelatinous sumptuousness ... and I have just finished a box! :( ... and I want more!

Funny enough, I went to M&S today. I saw a pack of Healthy Living rice pudding. Made with skimmed milk non the less.............plus creamand butter. Whatever happened to Trade descriptions and why bother with skimmed milk and boast about it. :roll:

Weighed myself again tonight. 150.10 Have lost 3.5 kilos since last Monday. :)

Isnt that too much too fast? Be careful. Are you under medical suprvision? (re: losing weight)

The idea is that it should give me the psychological boost needed to continue with a lest stricter diet. One more day to go.

in this unfair world, men lose weight much quicker than women :x

try not to weigh yourself too often, stick to the same day, same time wearing the same or nothing( depending on where you are :lol: never a good idea to strip off in the chemist) because your weight fluctuates on a daily basis, if you step on the scales and they show a gain it could be enough to send you to the biscuit barrel or chocs :shock:

Go a few pages back suegwyn - 'tis the Cabbage Soup diet that his wife has put him on to kick start a healthier eating regime!

That is a sign that you have no serious weight issues. If you were serious, you'd try anything. If Kafenes (in spite of his mother and wifes cooking) can do it, anyone can. Instead of cabbage, try leek soup wit lots of pepper and onions.

1 Kilo per week is ok. Any more and you have muscle deterioration - that was my doctor’s advice.
