I agree with my learned friend from Kyrenia. However its when there is no choice given to the rest of the debaters that I mind.
A thread is started with a proper argument and facts to back it up...give it 3 secs and its gone back to trashtalk. I'm all for getting things off our chest (which is why I have an APOEL season ticket) but I also believe that some threads should be respected in order for a proper debate to take place.
We use to have detailed technical discussions about the Cyprus Problem. This has all gone down by the wayside. Respectable TC contributors have now disappeared out of embarrassment for the sudden influx of TC lunatics on CF such as Y-Jocks and Insane.
Fun threads still have their place though. We all need to chill sometimes with a bit of fun within the General section.
