another "enigma"

an electric train travels westbound at a rate of of 100km/hr for a total of 50 kilometers at which point the train beings its northbound route at the same velocity. if the windspeed is 5 m/s blowing south what is the velocity and direction of the smoke?

hmm...:idea: Well an electric train doesnt produce smoke therefore there is no smoke going in any velocity.
