Hoca’nın özellikle, yağmalanan yüz binlerce dönüm Vakıf malı ile ilgili sözleri yankı uyandıracağa benziyor...
Serden Hoca’nın sorusu şu:
“ Mülkiyette, malın eski sahibi ilk sözü söyleyecekse, 1900 – 1948 yılları arasında yağmalanan ve istimlak edilen 270 bin dönümlük Vakıf malları ne olacak?”

“Biz de malımızı istiyoruz” diyen Hoca, Rum Tarafı’nın, konuyu geçiştirmeye çalışmamasını istedi.
Yağmalanan mülklerin gerçek sahibinin evkaf olduğunu yineleyen Hoca, “Bu konu masadır. Tartışacağız. Mülkiyet ibrazlarını yapacağız. Uluslar arası tarafsız kurum da oturup karar verecek” şeklinde konuştu.



Thank you for the above Halil. Very interesting. I think the Evkaf properties are a very complicated matter. To solve the 'Evkaf' prb will not be so simple.

so if it was turkish people in our place and gcs where the ones who invaded and split the land in two the turks would just say oh who gives a shit they took it by force so they can have it?

when you hear most of the expats refer to the so called trnc as a mini turkey.....

I think its mainly when you see greek cars parked outside whore houses or casinos with the ownders walking around with smiles. It is quite irritating admittedly.
