U should also remeber that Ottomans freed u from 100s of years lasted serfdom. Besides, under Ottoman rule u became land owners. Ottomans didn't hate Greek Orthodox of Cyprus. They hated catholics because of the crusades.

denizaksulu, I believe that you have a split-personality disorder. Sometimes you push for peace being in a good-state of mind, and sometimes you opt for being racist. When you respond to Cypriots whose feelings are angered towards the Turkish government for STILL holding their heritage hostage, Mr. Hyde takes you over. You learned how to control Dr. Jekell, but Mr. Hyde can't help himself. Racism is the root of this mess, and deflecting half-racist beliefs makes you just as guilty as the rest. No Cypriot is perfect, but all of us know the trigger effects. So stop bringing up the past and move on.

You want to silence me when I countered Oracles statement. Whats your problem? Others go far back with dates to 1571, and before. I expect you to shut them up too.
